OP Teknik develops and manufactures automated recycling robots and industrial automation projects. With several years of experience, we can say with good conscience that we know industrial automation and robotics and what it takes for a successful project. At the recycling gala in Sweden 2019, we received the award as “Innovator of the year” for our sorting robot SELMA. OP Teknik is part of the OP Group.

SELMA ROBOT SORTING

With the unique robot sorting system SELMA, OP Teknik has developed a fully automated sorting machine for construction and industrial waste. The system handles most types of materials and will efficiently help customers sort their waste streams and increase the material recovery rate significantly.

SELMA comes pre-assembled and configured which enables a short installation time on site, basically plug and play. The system consists of several types of sensors that are combined with AI technology to provide the best possible material classification.

Material SELMA sorts

How does SELMA work?

Cameras and advanced sensors scan the waste stream and the software analyses the incoming data and makes a real-time check. The system determines the material type, size and position of each objects and finally the robot picks its dedicated material.

For us at OP Teknik it is important to continuously develop SELMA with the latest technology and we are open to adding new features.

OP Teknik has a large network within academia and companies with specific knowledge in sensors and software, which is an advantage for continued development.
